Richard is a current senior civil servant at the Department for Transport, and during his career so far has held a wide range of policy, project delivery and Private Office roles. He works at DfT part-time as half of a job-share partnership, and alongside this works as a trainer, facilitator and executive coach specialising in working with ministers, strategic thinking, policy development, creative thinking, influencing skills, and effective job-sharing.
