Prior to Total Training (formally Dods Training) Mike spent 21 years in the Civil Service, all within the Department of Education. His last role was as Parliamentary Clerk and Departmental Select Committee Liaison Officer. In July 2008 Mike became the Head of the Parliamentary Unit at Total Training. He now deliveries training on Parliament, Government and Legislation to various UK Government Departments, UK Private Sector companies and International clients.
