Her career started working in Madrid for the UN desk in the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to later join the FCDO for two and a half years working as an assistant in the international trade unit, and then as an officer in Corporate Services encompassing the L&D, HR and security units at the British Embassy in Madrid. Her previous roles include working as assistant operations manager in a UK language school and project coordinator in leadership development and executive education training. She joined Total Training in September 2023 and currently serves as Bids and Project Manager, driving competitive international tenders and managing delivery for UN agencies, foreign governments, and multilateral organisations. Celia comes from an academic background in international relations, conflict, security, and development studies.
