Alice has worked at Total Training (formerly Dods Training) for the past 11 years and currently leads business development for UK-wide training as Head of UK Training. She builds strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients by developing a deep understanding of their strategic learning and development priorities, as well as specific team and individual capability gaps.

Alice works closely with organisations across sectors to assess needs and design tailored training solutions that drive measurable impact. In addition to leading business development, she collaborates closely with the marketing team to shape overall strategy, contribute to the Total Training newsletter, and support the delivery and promotion of Total Training events.
